Our Distribution Company is currently seeking several motivated self starters with sales experience.
Experience within the electronics industry is preferred but not completely necessary. Bilingual a big plus. Broadline Components is a wholesale distributor of electronic components located in St. Petersburg, Florida and we are currently seeking someone who has the ability to earn the sale. The position entails calling on companies within the electronics industry, with the goal of developing accounts. This is a salary + commission driven position, with a guaranteed $25K base income plus commission on earned sales. Opportunity for higher pay and advancement/increases exist for proven account executives. The potential to earn $100K plus is real. 75% or more will likely come from commission with a $25K base salary to boot. Manage your database of accounts, your book of business and your income. Developing supplier relationships with electronics manufacturing companies is the key to this position.Heavy Phone skills a plus.
Job Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- HS Diploma a must, College degree preferred

- Database management and Upkeep of customer data logs a top priority
- Comprehensive knowledge of selling strategies and ability to overcome objections to maximize deals

- Understands need of keeping proprietary customer information confidential and secure.
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Heavy phone prospecting and networking a must, cultivating new account leads and managing your own book of business
- Implement strategic sales programs for scheduled orders and on cost savings opportunities
- Can and is willing to meet all job activity requirements for phone time, Customer qualification, requirement entry from customers and customer data management; while building lasting relationships to leverage business
