The TX stands for “Testing Extra” and these parts are put through power and process conditioning tests, along with the standard testing. The JANTXV are put through all of the testing of the JANTX, along with a visual inspection. The JANS is the highest of these as it requires all the previous testing plus particle impact noise detection, serialization, failure analysis, and traceability to a wafer lot.
